Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use items, shapewear, waist trainers, and intimate products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.
